The experienced Harambee stars left back man Abud Omar has penned down a new deal with FKF-PL side Kenya Police side from Athlitiki Enosi Larissa of Greece on a mutual consent.Omar makes a great comeback to the home country after exposing the talent outside the nation for almost nine years.
The 30 year old play maker is not new to the top tier since he had stints with thirteen times Kenya Premier league champions Tusker FC and also the 2016 Kenya super cup winners Bandari FC.The coast born back man also had stints with Cercle Brugge in Belgium,Slavia Sofia in Bulgaria,Hungarian side Asociația Club Sportiv Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe among others.
Abud Omar is expected to provide reinforcement to the Francis Baraza coached side so as to build hope for the team’s chances of winning the 2022/23 top flight chances alive. Abud Omar is remembered for his contribution during the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt where he was the first choice left-back in the Sebastian Migne squad featuring in all group matches against Algeria, Senegal and Tanzania.

The former Tusker FC player joins the Law enforcers, a club which comprise a lot of experienced players including former Gor Mahia striker Francis Kahata,former AFC Leopards sensational Elvis ”Machapo” Rupia,Musa Mohammed,Harun Shakava,Clifton Miheso among others. The Betika sponsored club is currently 4th on the log after playing 15 games and lately has registered impressive results among them a 3-0 win over Tusker FC and also thrashed Wazito FC as well as Mathare United with 4-0 and 5-0 score lines respectively.
